3RIDES Gravel Winterberg: Start Times

In 2026, 3RIDES is introducing a new format for the Gravel Winterberg Edition: the Gravel Stage Race. The three stages will take place from Friday through Sunday. Participants can choose to sign up for each individual day or compete in the entire stage race to vie for the overall victory.

In the first stage, the participants will cover 14 km and 300 hm in a gravel time trial.

The distance of the stages on Saturday and Sunday depends on the age group of the participants.

Saturday’s Stage 2 course covers 35 km and 850 hm. The 50w+ and 60m+ age groups will complete two laps (70 km, 1,700 hm), while the Elite age groups up to 49w and 59m will complete three laps (105 km, 2,550 hm).

Sunday’s Stage 3 loop is 43 km long and has 1,000 hm. The 50w+ and 60m+ age groups will complete two laps (86 km, 2,000 hm), while the Elite age groups up to 49w and 59m will complete three laps (129 km, 3,000 hm). Stage 3 is also part of the UCI Gravel World Series and an official qualifying race for the Gravel World Championships and the Gravel European Championships.
